We have just spent an amazing weekend at the Ultimate Facebook Seminar with over 500 people there for each of the four days!

We have the top 10 tips for you so that you might pick up a golden nugget or two here that can help you on your way!

1.Don’t wait until tomorrow to get started, take your very first step today whatever that is for you.

3.Don’t over plan what you are going to do, just do it now!

4.When taking action, make sure it is MASSIVE action and keep taking action until you succeed.

5.Set yourself realistic targets like when you will make your first $10 online,
don’t try and make $1 million over night!

6.Have a higher purpose for the money you intend making so you don’t end up constantly chasing the money.

7.Invest in your education!

8.Make sure that you invest in a proven system and don’t try to improve it or change it, just follow it step by step until it works.

9.Get a mentor who can guide you and who has walked the path already

We really hope this helps!

3 Cool Facebook Tips

1. HOW TO: Add a Dislike Option to Your Status Update

“Like” buttons are everywhere on Facebook, and they’re everywhere on the web. But what if you want to update your status or share something that your friends can “dislike?” We know, your friends can choose to “comment” on your post, but where’s the fun in that?

The clever Status Magic Facebook app can add a dislike button to any status updates posted via the app. And if you wanted to really mix it up you can actually customize the second emotion to anything, such as “love,” “hate,” “disagree” or even “LOLs.”

2. HOW TO: See Status Updates From Around the World

If you want to get a glimpse of the thoughts of Facebook users from around the world’s, head over to OpenBook.

Created by three San Fran web developers with a serious privacy message in mind, the site aggregates the status updates of everyone whose privacy levels are set to “everyone.”

You can narrow your searchable results down by gender and keywords to find out what people are saying about a certain topic. Or you can just browse the recent searches.

3.HOW TO: See Your Status Update Stats

Have you ever wondered how many times you have updated your status on Facebook? The Facebook app Status Statistics, can tell you this and more.

The app analyzes your updates and gives you a tidy list of how many you’ve written, the average word count and how many times a day you post. In addition, it generates a graph that shows you what time of day or what days of the week you normally update.

Old statuses are also searchable via the app, so you can find that witty retort you made back in November 2009 without having to scroll back through your history.

Twitter Now Worth $4 Billion

Twitter’s market value has reached $4 billion just a month after it raised $200 million in funding.

According to SharesPost, a secondary market for buying and selling stock in privately held companies, Twitter‘s value has jumped to $4 billion, based on recent transactions. That is a $300 million increase in value in just over a month, based on the $3.7 billion valuation set by its funding round in December. Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers led Twitter’s most recent round of funding.

Twitter’s market capitalization will likely continue to rise in the near future. Several recent stock purchases on the private markets imply that Twitter’s value is more than $6 billion. While these smaller transactions aren’t a definitive basis for defining Twitter’s value, they are a benchmark that can help determine whether a private company’s value is trending up or down.

Facebook is still the king of private markets, though. While its most recent funding round valued the company at $50 billion, its value on the secondary markets has skyrocketed to $75 billion.

Facebook Trumps Google!

It looks like 2010 was indeed the year that Facebook's success exploded.

For the first time ever, U.S. Web surfers visited the social networking site more than any other site in 2010, beating out Internet behemoth Google, according to a report from Hitwise, an Internet analytics firm.

Facebook, which had a flood of good and bad publicity last year, grabbed 8.93% of all U.S. visits between January and November 2010. Google, which had been in the top spot in 2009, slipped to the No. 2 position with 7.19% of all visits, Hitwise said.

The analytics firm also reported that Yahoo! Mail came ranked third with 3.52% of all visits, while the main Yahoo! site was fourth with 3.3%. YouTube rounded out the top five with 2.65% of all site visits.

QuickPoll: Should Google, Yahoo and Hotmail be worried about Facebook?
More about Facebook Facebook had been creeping up on Google during the last several months.

While Google has long been at the top of the heap when it comes to grabbing the most visitors -- and time spent on a Web site -- Facebook began making its mark last summer.

In September, Online researcher comScore reported that for the month of August, Facebook edged out Google in terms of how much time U.S. users spent on a Web site. U.S. users spent a total of 41.1 million minutes on Facebook in August, compared with 39.8 million minutes on Google's various sites, including Google News and YouTube.

And last March, Facebook hit another milestone when the social networking site replaced Google as the most visited Web site in the U.S. for a full week.

Hitwise reported over the weekend that Facebook marked another small victory for the year. After analyzing the top 1,000 search terms for 2010, Hitwise calculated that the word "Facebook" was the top search term for the year.

"This is the second year that the social networking Web site has been the top search term overall, accounting for 2.11% of all searches," Hitwise reported. There actually were four variations of the term "Facebook" in the top 10 searched-for terms of 2010: facebook; facebook login; facebook.com, and www.facebook.com.

Other search terms making the top 10 include: Craigslist, Myspace, YouTube, eBay, Yahoo and Mapquest.
